We are blown away by the amazing response – thank you for supporting OHS! This is your go-to guide for logistics and questions for Friday’s Harvest Jam.
You should have received your tickets, vouchers and JamBucks via backpack mail – sent home with your eldest child. If you did not receive your envelope or the envelope does not match what you ordered, please email us at ohsharvestjam@gmail.com.
*Important note: Your JamBucks are the green tickets you received in your envelope. They are not in pairs, but individual tickets. You will use them to gain access to the games and activities as well as eat and drink at the Harvest Jam, and they are not to be used at the raffle.
Where do I check-in when I arrive?
There will be three points of entry. The primary Welcome Table will be located on the driveway next to the kindergarten playground, off of Pansy Road. This is the ONLY location you will be able to purchase tickets if you have not already done so.
If you have already purchased tickets, you can quickly enter either at the main Welcome Table, the back entrance by the upper car loop, or the back entrance at Valley View Road. You will simply hand your ticket to the volunteer waiting and they will mark your hand. If you need to leave and return later, just show that your hand has been marked.
Friendly reminder that EVERYONE over the age of 2 needs a ticket, including adults. Tickets can be purchased for $15 at the Welcome Table with cash, credit card or ApplePay. We highly recommend bringing cash to make sure lines move as quickly as possible.
When is everything happening?
Below is a timeline of all the fun activities we have planned:
4:30-6:15pm: All lawn games, inflatables, face painting, raffle and cake walk are available
5-6:00pm: Dance party on the blacktop (led by Double Up Dance)
5:30pm: Pizza is delivered - buy by-the-slice or pick up your pre-ordered pizza *PIZZA SLICES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
5-7:00pm: UrbanTaqo food truck will be on-site (cash, card or Venmo accepted)
6:30pm: Movie will start
7:30pm: During a brief movie intermission, the Raffle team will announce the winners of the biggest prizes
How can I pay for things at the Harvest Jam?
JamBucks will be the primary method of payment – this is to ensure that we are able to keep things moving quickly. We encourage you to use JamBucks as much as possible to keep lines as short as possible. You can use JamBucks to use the inflatable games, participate in the Cake Walk, get your face painted, buy pizza, drinks and snacks, as well as enter to win the VIP seating for the movie. If you did not purchase JamBucks online, you can buy them at the Welcome Table ONLY via cash, credit card or ApplePay. We recommend bringing cash to keep the Welcome Table line moving quickly. The food truck will accept cash, credit card or Venmo.

What should I bring?
If you are staying for the movie, make sure you bring a blanket or low-back chair to sit on. You will be able to drop your things to snag a spot when you arrive. Temperatures will drop as the sun goes down, so make sure you wear layers to stay cozy! While there are food and drink options to purchase at the event, you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also recommend bringing a flashlight (or better yet buying an OHS flashlight at the event!) just in case. In order to keep lines as short as possible, we encourage you to bring cash if you need to buy additional JamBucks or buy tickets at the door.
We still need volunteers!
We have sold over 600 tickets, which is amazing! To keep things running smoothly, we need your help. Sign up for a time slot – you can even split an hour with a friend.
Special note on parking
Due to the amount of people attending, we encourage you to walk if you can. We will have police assisting with traffic once the movie is over.
Thank you to our sponsors!
A special shout out to our amazing sponsors: O’Dell Group, Children’s Art Classes CAC, Blue+Berries, Smile Ark Pediatric Dentistry, UrbanTaqo, and Shoshana Snyder. Please show some love to these amazing local businesses!
