Join Mr. Marko and all your friends in some of Osborn Hill’s favorite gym games! Grades K-5

Drawing, Designing & Cartooning with Mr. Bill $100
Let’s work together and have FUN over the next 5 weeks helping your artist bring their ideas,
sketches, doodles and designs to life! With a degree in illustration and experience studying with
cartoonists Brian and Greg Walker and Chance Brown, Mr. Bill will do his very best to help your
child’s interest in art grow while helping them gain self-confidence and believe in their creativity!
(Siblings are welcome to register within the same class. Mr. Bill will gladly adjust individual
projects to accommodate if needed). Grades 2-3

Halloween Cookie Decorating with Mrs. Gorman $30

Come weave a colorful wall hanging, or little blanket for a favorite doll or stuffed animal. Great fine
motor practice for those fingers! Relaxing and fun too! Grades K-5

Board Game Bonanza with Mrs. Wicke $75
In this class you will have a chance to play board games with friends. Play some old favorites. Learn
the rules. Teach some new games to others. Explore playing some games you have never played
before. Grades 1-5

Kindness Club with Mrs. Miller $80
We will be involved in a variety of activities and projects to promote kindness at OHS and beyond! A
school mural, rock messages, and inspirational t- shirts to wear to school are just a few of the
activities we will enjoy! Come help spread kindness! Please bring a plain white t-shirt. We will
decorate during one of the sessions and wear to school. All other materials will be provided. Grades
2-4

Join in on the science fun where we will explore the world of science and conduct experiments!

TUESDAYS - 4 weeks (9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, makeup 10/24)
Baseball and Softball Clinic with Mr. Bill $80
Join Mr. Bill in baseball skill drills which will ultimately help strengthen players’ confidence,
leadership skills, and comfort level within their game! With the new baseball and softball seasons
starting up, this clinic would be a great opportunity to get a head start on the season with early reps
in the game! Coach Bill has 18+ years experience including a former Stratford Little League
President and the founder of an AAU travel team and is CIAC Certified. He has led his teams to
championships within the State of CT Nutmeg Games, the East Shore Travel League and has had
much success in tournament play! Grades 3-5

This program is designed for students who LOVE math, enjoy a challenge, and can handle friendly
competition! We’ll play math games, share our thinking, and race each other and the clock to solve challenging math puzzles, including problems from Math Olympiad materials. Grades 4-5

Slime Mania with Mrs. Gorman $110
Slime is back! Join Mrs. G and make four batches of slime. We will be experimenting with different
recipes and using a variety of ingredients! Each class your child will create their own slime that they will take home with them! Grades 1-5

This book club will select books from this year’s Nutmeg nominations to read and discuss. Preparing for weekly meetings will be expected in order to get the most out of our time together. (Price includes
purchased books that they will keep). Grades 4-5

Friendship Bracelets with Miss Q $100
Start off the new school year with your friends making friendship bracelets! There will be a variety of
bracelets to choose from! Grades 1-5

Paper Mache with Mrs. Wicke $100
In this fun class you will get a chance to be creative and get a little messy at the same time. Create a
model out of paper and paste. Some fun creations from past classes include; snowpersons,
pumpkins, insects, dogs, cats, vehicles, donuts, fish, hot-air balloons, snakes, and turtles to name a
few. Paint and add the finishing touches to make your project realistic. Take your project home on
the last day. Grades 1-5

Coding with Mrs. Kosh $120
Explore coding with Legos, Ozobots, Code.org and more! Grades 2-5

Fun with Puppets with Ms. Jamison $85
Calling all kids who love books and puppets! Each week, we will read a story like Dragons Love
Tacos, Frog and Toad, and Elephant and Piggie and make puppets to act out the stories in our KJ
puppet theater! Materials will be provided and students will bring home a newly made puppet each
week! Grades K-2

IMPORTANT THINGS FOR PARENTS TO REMEMBER:
1) Send in a change of dismissal form each day your child stays for an activity.
**Note that in the event of a weather-related early dismissal, activities will not run and
students will be sent home via their usual method unless otherwise communicated.
2) Any day your child is not attending after school activities (*including if they are
absent from school that day) email the activity teacher to let them know your child will
not be in class.
3) Once you receive a confirmation, MARK THE DATES ON YOUR CALENDAR.
